Tap. Rather clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is fresh, dough, a bit cheesy, grapes. Taste is the same, nice dryness, nice funk. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Doesn't come together perfectly, although the flavours are all there.

750ml bottle @MBCC 2018. Smooth, funky and sourish with some tartish vinous grapes and woody oaky notes. Pretty balanced.

750mL bottle, batch 2 I think, drunk 12/1/17.
Minimally-hazy, light-golden, with deeper bronze hues and a quickly fading, butter-tinted head.
Light souring bacteria mixes with light oak and mineral and juice-rich grapes. Moderate lactic and light acetic notes succumb to funky, horsey Brett with bare cracker-like malts barely entering the picture. Lemon and grape notes linger. Clean with no alcohol.
Mineral heavy and tart grape notes mix with moderate oak, moderate lactic tartness and a very dry, very attenuated, at times lightly husky texture, with low but engaging carbonation. Lightly juicy, sweet notes appear on the finish, preceding a strong, lip-smacking tartness with lingering oak, lactic sourness and lemon rind. Surprisingly light bodied, even for a sour; probably a bit too dry. The strong acid and mineral in the grape and bacteria needs more malt depth to balance. As is, it's more akin to a glass of lightly sour wine (which isn't a bad thing either).

Bottle from Rick. Hazy golden pour, soft, bubbly head. Tart fruity aroma, grapes. Taste is the brett first, white grapes coming in after. Mild tartness and sweetness, beautiful feel. Really good.

Bottle @ Uiltje bar, small sample. Murky golden yellow color. White head with a small ring retention. Aroma's: sourish, fruity, funky. Retronasal too, it's mild sour, fruity (grape is recognisable), light brett-funk. Flavor is moderate sour with even a hint of sweet and bitter, light brett. Medium bodied. A bit tart finish.
