Poured from 375mL bottle (bottled 11/23). Very dark purple with small purplish-pink head. Vinous, but more grape juicy, dry-ish, touch of oak. Okay.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small pink head. Aroma is full of intense grape skins, oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of musty grape skins, plenty of oak, and some wild bugs. Super dry, oaky, and vinous. Real nice.

Aroma: yeast, red grapes, oak barrels, tannins and funk. Taste: Earthy funk and strong oak tannins. Mild acidic and tart. Dry mouthfeel. Next one, please!
