750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark purple with a medium pink head. Aroma brings out intense oak, lots of red grapes, some must, and a bit of funk. Flavour is loaded with red grape must, lots of oak, some tannins, and plenty of wild yeast. Tannic, oaky, somewhat vinous. Excellent.

Bottle. Pours a dark purple with no head. The aroma is strong funk, grape skin, oak. Thin body, tart grape, oak, funk, light acidity, enjoyed this.

turbid purple color. Musty nose with tons of Syrah notes but barrel isn’t as amazing. Very soft. Meh mouth feel is a bit sour, some oak some grape but all over the place and not that balanced. Not bad. But not great

Thanks Shu for sharing the bottle! Taster showing dark purple with a finger of quickly dissipating purple tinged foam. The nose shows strong notes of brett, barnyard, and light red vinous notes. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Very tart with moderately intense notes of plums, blackberries, dark cherries, and light bramble with more juicy plums and blackberries on the end.
