On cask at the White Cross. Appearance - deep amber to red with a decent head. Nose - toffee generally. Taste - toffee intermingled with some sharp red fruit and some booze. Palate - mediumbodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - I’m not sure what this was fully intended to be but it is a very interesting and complex beer.

Clear brown-amber beer with a decent foamy head and a soft fruity aroma. Flavour is sweet and fruity. Apples in there somewhere and a touch of hop to balance it out in the follow-through.
