Pilsner & Munich Malts Goldings & Cascade Hops
Pilsner and Munich malts give this beer a deep body and a light blonde colour. The Goldings hops lend a British bitterness while finished with Cascade to deliver a floral and citrusy aroma and that all important punk undertone.

12/10/2023. Cask at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours clear bright golden amber with a small bubbly/frothy white head. Good pour. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, floral, tropical and gooseberry notes. Medium sweetness and medium developing bitterness. Moderate body, oily, soft carbonation. Bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Cask ale at Don Valley Tap. Half-pint shared with Finn. A white head over a clear golden body, spotty lacing. Herbal hops on the nose. Ripe fruity flavours, hints of grain. Discreet bittersweet end. Okay. (Doncaster 30.01.2020).
