Fles gekocht bij brouwerij in Hilvarenbeek. Donkerbruin tot robijnrood bier met licht beige schuim dat als een film blijft liggen. Heel licht aroma van pruim en gebrande mout. Smaak is zoet en fruitig van pruimen en appel. Nasmaak van mandarijn en sinaasappelschil en is licht bitter.

Glass at brew at the zoo, Dark amber beer, small head. Aroma is malt, roast caramel, taste is the same, sweet malt water… meh

Rating overgezet. Geprobeerd bij de brouwerij van tap. Het is een troebel amberkleurig bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat gistachtige geur. De smaak is moutig, gedroogd rood fruit en wat kruidig.

Bottle. Orange color. Tangerine, hints of coreander and yeast in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweetish. Melon. Not great, but drinkable.

bruin/rood, bijna gelijk aan het flesje waarin het zit, helder met minimale kaki kraag, welk volledig verdwijnt aroma: koriander, caramout, kruidig en zoet smaken: medium zoet, licht bitter, stevig, licht fruitig, redelijk gemout, redelijk kruidig, koriander, caramel zoet ietwat scherp medium body, dun, laag qua co2, afdronk: kruidig/zoet --- Beer merged from original tick of Konjel on 23 May 2018 at 14:42 - Score: 6

Draught @ The brewery. Hazy amber color, decent sized off-white to beige head. Smells weird, can’t describe it. Taste is pretty flat, malts, sweet, dried fruits, again something I can’t describe. Soft, almost flat carbo, low body.

Hazy orange to red colour. Smells sour and a bit fruity. Tastes sour, fresh and lemon. Good body and carbo.

Mild kräuterartiger, immer wieder wässriger Antrunk. Sehr mild, langweilig, die Kräuternoten sind der Wässrigkeit schnell unterlegen. Nur minimal malzig, zum Ende wird der Ton immerhin etwas stärker. Wenig fruchtig und hefig. 8/7/8/7/9/7

Orange color, small off-white head. Caramel, some hops and grassy notes with vanilla. Medium-bodied. Fruity, liquerish, candy sugary, slightly yeasty flavor. Not among the best De Rooses.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, fruits, yeast and some earthyness. Flavour is fruits, caramel notes, mild yeast and some toffee. Quite balanced.
