Bottle @ home. Golden color, slightly hazy, with huge white head. Aroma’s: caramel, herbal, smoke/peat, aromatic hop. Flavor is smoky, a tad bit sweet and bitter. Finishes with a nice bitterness. Easily drinkable but very flavorful beer.

Bottle from ABC Beers. Hazy golden pour with small white head. Aroma Is smokey and woody with some malt. Flavour is light smokey with malt and fruit. A little watery for a Molen but ok

On tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of salty smoke, citrus hops and some veggies. Flavour is ham, smoke, flowery, light malty, hint of caramel, firm bitter finish, hint of veggies, slightly dry. Light bodied, very easy drinking. Nice.

33cl bottle shared with the owner of the Klooster. clear blond pour. This white head that disappears quickly. Smells of bacon ( a definite plus). Lovely but a bit watery

Draught @ TBF ’11. Hazy orange colour, smelled a bit like bacon, smoked. Tasted accordingly. Not a huge fan of smoked beers. Nice body though.

Hazy medium orange. Smell not what I like in a beer: smoked, bacon. Also in the taste. Good carbonation.
