Chimera, the many headed beast: light, crisp, deceptively bitter with flowering fruit aromas

Decent foam on a gold-brown body. Smells of soft funky malted cracker. Flavour is medium apricot mixed with hints of biscuit. Rather balanced between the two with a good oiliness on the mouth. Interesting maltier IPA, a nice change from the sugary obsessed ones.

Can. Hazy gold - amber beer, good cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Fairly rich malts, mildly sweet. Some bubblegum esters. Little floral sweetness before a pithy dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Not lager enough for me and a bit pithy.
