(Cask at Priory Arms, Stockwell, London, 24 Nov) Golden yellow colour with small white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus (lemon). Fruity taste with notes of lemon, slightly sweetish, but with a fairly nice citrussy bitterness in the finish. Rather thin body. Drinkable, but rather mainstream.

Bottled. Pale golden with a large, white head. Weak aroma of mostly hops, and caramel. Quite hoppy on the flavor, with some malt, fruit and pine. Medium to thin body and a long bitter finish. Hints of metal in the finish as well. Pleasant and quaffable, but nothing more than that. (060626)

Very pale amber, decent head. Strong flowery hoppy nose. Flowery hoppy, a bit metallic mouthfeel. Finishing watery, then sharp hops in the late aftertaste. Plain, simple and ordinary English (not Danish) ale.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly cloudy amber with an almost absent head. Flowery, hoppy nose - lightly perfumy. Rather light in body with some nice malty flavours (Maris Otter). The First Gold and Cascade hops add plenty of aroma, flavour and also a marked bitterness. 170905

A cask conditioned ale with a golden color and no head. The aroma is lightly fruity like an a typical ale. The flavor is a little cask flat but very fruity with a good sweetness and a very nice hoppy bitterness. I would call it an IPA - atleast it''s very close to an American interpretation of an IPA. Great beer - try it if You get a chance. By the way, it is brewed by a danish brewmaster who moved to England to brew ales.

A golden coloured cask ale. It begins fruity and sweet, with a hint of honey. From there on it's all about hops. A big floral hop aroma followed by a big looong lingering bitterness. A really good pint!
