Rufa nascuda en origen com a projecte experimental per utilitzar blats antics recuperats pel gremi de flequers artesans de les comarques gironines i que ha esdevingut una clàssica. És una cervesa molt pàl·lida, lleugerament tèrbola i amb aromes de cereals, llevats i massa mare amb un fons cítric i floral, una cervesa molt fresca i lleugera.

yellow/golden with a white head. aroma of orange, malts, sweet, citrus. Taste average sour/acidic, wheat, citrus, way sour for just €1,-... a bit too much --- Beer merged from original tick of Rufa Blat on 28 Jul 2018 at 18:42 - Score: 3.
