Malty taste with caramel hints and not over bitter finish. Who said this style was out of fashion!

Gusher left a huge loose head & froth on a murky copper coloured body.
Malt & bitter aroma.
Medium bodied, highly carbonated with a short dry back.
Caramel, sour, bitter & toffee tastes.
Suspect this is off & it's a sink pour.

21/1/2021. Bottle bought direct from the Brewery. Pours clear tawny brown with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruity, slightly nutty. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Nice bittersweet finish. Body as you'd expect from a 3.7% bitter. Keeps a bit of carbonation throughout. A perfectly drinkable traditional session bitter.

On cask at Three Tuns Dronfield - Rich amber body, thin white head. Taste and nose is a bit plain, caramel and malty, but stronger in the aroma. Bit of a wash down ale.
