From tap at Speciaalbier Café De Markies, Leeuwarden. Very lactic and milky aroma with milk chocolate, dark malt, soft roast, some liquorice and coffee. Very sweet with a mild roasty bitterness. Medium body, bit creamy. Very milky, a sweet indulgence.

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai. Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Aroma van drop, koffie, salmiak. Smaak is zacht, zoet en fruitig. Nasmaak is ook zacht en toch licht bitter.

Bottle @ home. Opaque dark brown to black color, decent sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, light vanilla and lightly sweet. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

Fles gedeelt door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven. Het is een donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een gebrande moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en zoet met een wat romige afdronk.
