Vintage 2018. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells funky, citric, stone fruits, grassy, earthy, leathery. full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, leathery, grassy, earthy, tannins, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grassy, leathery and peppery notes. Very nice one, rather leathery and peppery

25.04.2026: 0,2l from tap at Ammutson. yellow clear color, small white head. smells funky, stone fruits, Marzipan, funky, grapes. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grapes, earthy, tobacco, Marzipan, light walnut, wax, light oxidation. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of white wine, light stone fruits and lightly oxidation notes. Nice one, expected a tad more
