Cask @ Bon Accord. Brown colour, medium tan head. Aroma of caramel and chocolate malts. Flavour of chocolate malts, some caramel. Nice.

Pour is a brown with a large tan head. Aroma is almost nothing. Some malts i guess. Flavor ainโt much better. Some malts and everything is extremely watery. Nothing redeaming about this beer.

500 ml bottle. Clear amber body with a firm off/white head. Moderate and uninspiring malty aroma. Flavor is weak malty with a weak, almost sour bitterness. Thin, watery body and disappointing from a brewery with a lot more interesting beers.

Pours deep amber into an English pint. White head quickly recedes to skim surface leaving spot lacing. Dry with sweet caramel upfront and a brisk finish.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are hops, sweet malt, caramel and notes of nuts.

Bottled at Bishopโs Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Clear pale nut brown, firm head. perfumy nutty nose. Medium sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Bready and somewhat syrupy with very light resiny bitterness. Quite ordinary.

On cask at The Golden Lion, York 30 Apr 08. Golden brown with a creamy head. Pleasant fruity aroma. A bit diluted taste with a bitter finish evolving.

Bottle. Brown beer with a strongish head. The aroma is very dry and caramel/toffee bitter, the flavour is quite smooth but mainly toffee with a hint of dryness. Overall a reasonable beer.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is a little dark fruit, with some nuttiness, and caramel or slightly roasted malt. Almost spicy. Very attractive. The color is primarily brown, and the off-white head leaves lace tatters. Light to medium body, with very moderate carbonation - goes a bit creamy. The flavor is biscuit, perhaps a bit of caramel, and a nice touch of bitter hop. Great mouthfeel. The finish is rather dryish, and the level of bitter is just excellent - in an English way. Brilliant.

Bottled. Dark amber colour, with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is mainly caramel and fruity hops. Flavour is quite the same with some wood and slight nutty notes. Pleasant, but quite watery.
