CD 181219. Very dark brown, some unstable brown head, loads of chunks. Smell is sour, some watery sweetness, chocolate milk gone bad. Thin mouthfeel, some pucker. Taste is.. nasty. Sour, some sweetness, bit of chalky chocolate, cherry. But doesn't work.

Can from an awesome Dutch brewery with a very long name. The sour liqour/cherry/vinous in the aroma is apparent from a distance. This is followed up by rich chocolate. Murky. Cloudy. Chestnut. With floaters. And no head. Not a particularly inviting sight. The sourness hits hard. Like a Kriek. Rich dark chocolate apoeard but remains sour and vinous throughout. Heavy bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Long extremely astringent finish. It's fine. It works.. But so sour.
