473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, banana, bubble gum, clove, yeast and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, orange peel, banana, clove, a hint of black pepper and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and well made.

Draught at Clearly
Blond colour, quite clean, medium sized head. There are many Hefeweizen in North America that are very bland and soulless, this is not one of them; actually it has some of the strongest spice profiles that I can remember, I wouldn’t be surprised if they used cloves, and not just the yeast; mild fruit too; and bold itterness for the style.
Drinkable.

Poured from 473mL can (pkgd 07 Apr 2021). Clear blonde with small white head. Wheaty yeast. Esters and clove are quite subtle and minimal. There's also a mild alcohol-ness.
