From cask somewhere in Swanage, Dorset. Unclear yellow body with a small white head that disappears quickly. Mild and acidic apple aroma with a hint of citric fruit. Flavor is light and refreshing acidic apple with a hint of sweet oranges. Quite light body. Very refreshing, easy drinkable cider.

From the box at Knights Templar. Tangy sour apple nose. Pastel yellow with a nice head. Sweet-and-sour flavor, lactic and a bit lambic like. Nice—a bit too sweet, but interesting and good.
