Very aromatic, has sweet red fruits and floral hop. Texture is really creamy. Lots of maltiness comes through and also some fresh hop in the finish.

Cask@Spoons in 2010. Copper colour, small, but steady off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some nuttyness as well as some mild wooden notes. Flavour is nutty, caramel malty, mild wooden and some slight crisp maltyness as well. Pleasantly balanced. Good session bitter.

Cask at a Spoons in Manchester. A hazy amber beer with a dense off-white head, due to being served thru a sparkler. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, caramel, and grain, leading to a bitter citrusy finish.

Cask at the Market Porter. Spicy aroma. Dark amber color with a white head. Medium body with smooth carbonation. Flavor is likely caramel malt, but itโ€™s strongly overlaid with hottish spice - not pepper - ginger? Something like that. Really refreshing.
