Bottle to snifter. Consumed 01/17/2025 and this is a 2024 bottle.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a quarter finger of off-white foamy head which didn't hang around long then fell off barely leaving any lace
Aroma: coconut, milk chocolate, cinnamon and marshmallow with some light notes of vanilla, sweet barrel and a nip of spice and a touch of maple syrup
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-spicy tone from the cinnamon and a nip from the barrel; finishes chocolate, cinnamon-like and a touch of coconut, ever so sly touch of barrel spice
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; good smoothness and nothing distracting from any possible barrel or spice notes - just flows nicely across the tongue; carb seemed to be falling off - just a wee bit
Overall: pretty good impy stout with said ingredients but this was one of their impy stouts I might have been able to age just a bit longer.

Refrigerated 12 oz brown squat bottle poured into a glass. Black with small light brown head. Aroma is maple syrup, thick body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is maple syrup, marshmellow, milk chocolate, bourbon, coconut, and cinnamon.

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at troubles' place. Black. Bourbon, chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut, sweet and a bit umami, slightly spicy, some alcohol.
