Clear gold. Light spicy ginger and apple. Apple and a touch of ginger with a spice that hits the back of the throat.

On tap. Pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Sweet aroma of green apples and ginger. Sweet flavour of green apples and sugar with a spicy ginger burn in a crisp, dry finish. Light body with a watery texture and flat carbonation. The ginger overpowers this cider, it should be a lot more subtle. Disappointing, I’ll pass thanks.

On June 21, 2015. At Moose Vancouver, in Vancouver, British Columbia.355 ml can.Clear straw yellow color, no head. Sweet, apple, ginger scent. Ginger, sweet taste. Spicy aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, spicy finish. Heat, almost chilli like.
