Bottle. Brown color. Malt, soft vegetable notes in the aroma. Malty sweet, soft herbal flavor with dried fruit and hints of cognac, Orange. Decent.

Huge, yellow dense head, quite stable over - indeed - dark cognac coloured beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Woodpulp, alcohol & fusels, wafflesyrup, maple syrup. Harsh-ish bitter flavour, thanks to hopresins, over a very alcoholic-sweet, syrupy background. Waffles with bitter nuts. Warming up, a kind of earthy flavour. Well-bodied, syrupy but not sticky, apart from the resin feel. Good carbonation. No, not cognac and champagne, but cognac from Petite and Grande Champagne - but who knows... serious punch.
