Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is estery yeast with sweet orange, malt, alcohol, orange liqueur, and mild spicy/floral notes. Flavour is sweet with a light bitterness and a somewhat boozy warming finish. Body is above medium. Pretty boozy but I like the use of infused orange liqueur.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg.
Clear golden with a white head. Triple sec aroma I guess, with some malts. Sweet taste with a low bitter triple sec infused finish. I'm not a huge fan of triple sec apparently so this beer is a bit spoiled on me.

Bottled 330ml (Smaakhuis)
Pale amber colour, small white head. Is it triple sec? For me it smells like green apple/white wine plus alcohol. Light-bodied. Fruity Belgian yeastyness, alcohol, green apple in the flavour. Quite simple and quite thin for its ABV.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik. As tripel karmeliet is my guilty pleasure, I can say i appreciate a good amount of sweet orange in my tripel. I was hoping for that here too, but unfortunately the base beer is quite grainy and slight yeasty as well. Instead of orange fruity sweetness, it is much more towards a dry and grainy tripel. Like others mention, it does have malty sweetness though. Dont misunderstand me, the orange liquor is there, I guess I was just hoping for more of it. And a bit more orange fruity sweetness. --- Beer merged from original tick of TR18 on 09 Aug 2018 at 20:57 - Score: 7. Original review text: Vrij droog en granig. Ik had meer sinaasappel gehoopt

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow colour with a medium sized white head. Smells grassy, wheat, slightly soapy, yeasty, some herbs. Tastes sweet, herbs, coriander, grassy, somewhat soapy. Medium body, soft carbo.
