Good, lightly yellow head over hazy ochre-golden beer. Quite earthy nose, fresh rainwater, wet dog, mushrooms, faintly fruity. Spices, dried rootspices, bit of Bretts or other wild yeasts, dried exotic spices. Just a hint at fruit (peach), and dito at sweetness, mainly maltsugars, hints getting stronger warming up. The idea is special, the result a bit less.

Bottle at home. Completely clear golden (at first pour) with big fluffy white head. Lots of Brett funk, sweaty socks, horses, light apple, soft dry malt and herbs, light spicy. I don’t really get any quinces. Almost medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with dry finish and sparkly carbonation. Quite nice!
