Madra is an Italian Grape Ale with 30% Sangiovese must. It is pale amber-coloured with pink reflections and it has white and fine head. Typical notes of the Sangiovese wine with predominant red fruit scents. The taste is initially soft and sweet with an acid ending in order to give lightness and freshness.

Madra was made in collaboration with Giacomo Baraldo Vigneron, Tuscan enologist.

In October 2005 Enrico and Giacomo shared the same house, university and passion. Same and parallel career path: a brewer and an enologist together in a real and engaging project. Two musts together for a unique and precious friendship.
