Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours red amber, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is malty and herbaceous, slightly smoked. Body is slightly thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with a little bitterness to provide dryness in the final.

On tap @Open Baladin in Rome, with daniele. Light amber clear color, medium foam with honey highlights. Nose is bready, a bit yeasty and sweet malty. Mouth is shy, thin body, regular Marzen a bit maltier.
