Crazy Carabao Golden Ale. This light, refreshing and cleansing ale is brewed with a neat balance of pale malt and mid range Alpha hops. In the true tradition of making boutique beer, we have based this ale around Kolsch style and spun out the elements we wanted to make it light and fruity and is one of the most sessionable beers in our lineup. This beer pairs well with light snacks, pasta and tacos.

17/6/2019. Bottle from Zellers Wine Gallery, Bacolod City. Pours clear bright golden with a long lasting just off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, grass, hint of banana, grain and light metallic notes, Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness, with a sharp edge. Moderate body, oily texture, average/lively carbonation which faded a bit. Not too keen to start with, grew on me a bit, it's ok.

Bottle from the The Bottle Shop by Global Beer Exchange, Makati. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt, mineral, fake sugar, dry, grassy citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a crisp, fresh, fruity, dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Kölsch?

Draft - Light citrus and pale malts. Clear gold with a decent white head. Fruity esters and pale malts. Drinkable, but not quite a Kolsch.
