Can, small bubbly head, quite clear golden orange colour, cake, candy aroma with just a hint of spiciness, fruity flavor, mainly pear, malty with quite a lot of alcohol, light to medium sweetness muted by the alcohol. Drinkable but not my thing.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di sottobosco. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta e persistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, agrumi e frutta passita.

Bottle from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours dark golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, perfumed soap (lawender?), Golden Delicious apples, sour pineapple, cinnamon and hints of leather. Taste is medium to very sweet, faint to light bitter and light acidic. Body is light watery with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and very sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, fruit and spice. Not bad but not outstanding either.

From the bottle, at Birraio dell'anno 2022, Florence, Italy. Pours reddish amber, transparent, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is fruity and spiced, with a little cinnamon, apricot, caramel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sweet, but balanced by decent bitterness. Final is average.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, color giallo oro velato, al naso lieviti agrumi spezie frutta matura a pasta gialla note floreali, in bocca marmellata di pesche pera note erbacee, corpo medio, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione moderata, lieve acidula, bella secchezza, dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Buona, una Tripel ben fatta. c. Fatti una birra 29.05.21
