Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cereali ed erba.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing, white head. Fruity nose, light grapefruit zest. Medium body, dry and fruity, minerally with a slight tartness (not an infected tartness). Again this zesty citrus note. Subdued bitterness. Quite refreshing actuaally. 121222

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours clear, classic blonde with a nice head of white foam, fine. Aroma is cereal, sweetish, herbal. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is an initial sweetness, with a fair dose of bitterness taking over right after. Finish is average.
