TX Island Pale Ale is een traditionele IPA, gebrouwen met Pale Ale mout, Rogge-, Cara- en Viennamout. Tijdens het brouwproces voegen we in 3 stappen speciale Amerikaanse hopsoorten toe. Dit resulteert in fris bitter bier met heerlijke citrusaroma’s en een vleugje mango en meloen.

Spritziger, würzig getreidig-bitterer Beginn. Spritzig bleibend, grasig, weich. Cremig bitter-getreidiger Abgang, langer hopfiger Abgang. Gut! 11/10/11/11//11

33 cl. cans @ de Zilvermeeuw, Texel.
Light hazy amber with a white head. Caramel aroma with serious citrus hops. Bitter taste with a good hopbitter finish. Old fashioned west coast IPA and really good at that.

Can at home, darker orange beer, small head. Malt, citrus, hops, bitter, sweet, light caramel. Taste is the same, bitter, dry, citrus, light resin. Long bitter dry aftertaste. Very nice.

Holidayhome “Blommetjes Buiten”, Muyweg, Texel. Beer from Plus. Unclear golden with big fluffy head. Grainy sweet malts, citrusy, chiccory, floral, strong bitter and yeasty bite. Bit rough but in a likeable way. Medium body and quite some carbonation.

Can shared at Texel holiday home. Slight hazy golden with almost white head. Sweet malts, bready, dry orange zest, flowery, mango. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Medium bodied. Decent.

Clear pale amber colour, good soapy white head, half-way lasting, patchy lacing. Aroma pale malt, tangerine, lemon, light pine resin, grassy. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, tangerine, lemon, resinous and spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, spicy notes, bone dry at the end, well-made and tasty IPA, good.

Blik 33cl thuis. Licht plakkerig, flink fruitig en hoppig, pine, lemon, wat rogge, malttonen, zoetig, bitters. (25-9-2020).

Thuis uit een blikje. Goudkleurig, oranje zweem. Weinig schuim. Een prima hoppig bier, goede bitterheid.
