Bouteille: Clear, copper coloured, loose medium-sized loose - but stable - white head with a little lace; toasty and nutty nose with a mild hoppy background; nearly moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering bitter and nutty finish. Nice surprise…
