La Jamonera is our highly fermented Amber Ale style beer. Toasted and reddish in color it is perfect to accompany a good ham sandwich. Made with roasted and caramelized malts that give it its characteristic fruit aromas.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Pours dark copper with greenish shades and tan head. Aroma is animal fat, coffee beans and juniper. Taste is fizzy, somewhat watery, with a metallic finish low on bitterness.

from palma. clear yellow slightly orange, fluffy offwhite head. yeasty, malty, sour sockey aroma. not really very pleasant. Flavor is malty, caramelly, slightly nutty, practically no hops, a very malty brew. Also not very interesting.

Ambar, turbia. Muy escasa espuma. Aroma escaso. Suave en boca, algo aguada pero cremosa. Carbonatacion baja. En boca equilibrada entre dulce caramelo y lupulo frutal, lago de naranja y melocoton. Buena.

33cl bottle from Cervezorama, Madrid. Pours almost clear amber with a small off-white head. Lightly malty and fruity aroma with caramel and hints of hops. Medium to lightly sweet with malt and caramel and a fairly dry and lightly bitter finish. Light to medium body with average carbonation. A bit weak in flavour, but fairly decent, but I think the artwork on the label is nicer than the content of the bottle.
