A balance of malt and hops, with moderate caramel sweetness and bitternness and a pleasant hop presence in both the aroma and taste.

Bottle from the Global Beer Exchange, Makati. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, dry floral hop, light toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry malt, light fruit, dry floral woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

very cloudy dark brown color. The nose shows candied apples but also a bit of medicinal notes which makes me thinks this isn’t the freshest though only six weeks old. Medium body. Spicy hops, but lacks bitterness. Yeasty. Meh.
