On tap at Express de Lyon, Paris. Golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, intensive fruity hoppy nose. Jam like fruity hoppy taste with notes of caramel and spices. Pleasant grapefruity finish. Enjoyable and really nice and fresh IPA.

Sample from bottle shared with VANØ Bergen. Pours a hazy orange, with a thick creamy head. Aroma is sweet of caramel and toffee, as well as mango and tropical fruits. Body is creamy with a soft carbonation. flavour is sweet with flowers, mango and tropical fruits, before giving way to a bitter hoppy orange peel sticking throughout the finish.

Fruktig både i doft och smak. Perfekt lågt kolsyrad. Druckit en perfekt för nåt år sedan men sista tre Amarillo tyvär innehållit för hög syra. Fel på ölen ? Nja låter höga betygen bestå från första provningen.

0.33l bottle. Orange body with a thin white head. Intense caramel aroma with some flowery grassy hoppyness. Taste is really caramelly with some citrusy and floral notes. Full bodied texture with a noticeable alcohol presence. A good beer.

Bottle @ home. Hazy, dark burnt orange appearance with a big, cream colored head. Big grapefruity, citrusy hoppy, a touch toasty, a bit spicy aroma. Somewhat spicy, fairly grapefruit forward citrusy hoppy, spmewhat herbal flavor. Fun beer, too bad it’s too expensive to drink on a regular basis.

33cl bottle. Pours cloudy orangey brown with a nice generous head. The nose is initially a bit elusive but herby notes come through. The taste has a creamy grapefruit with a kinda lime marmalade note on the end. The palate is medium to full bodied with a creamy texture in the middle section and a clean but not too sharp finish, in fact its very elegant. Overall, a lovely balanced beer.

12oz bottle pours a translucent, bright orange with a thin, white head. Nose is nice, big grapefruit, boozy, orange rind, resinous, caramel. Very sweet flavor, almost candy like, honey comb, oranges, lemons, light pine, a little soap. Big, boozy, sticky finish. Not your typical DIPA, much more sweetness and far less bracing bitterness than you’d expect. I didn’t think I’d like this, but wound up being unique and enjoyable.

Pours gold into a tulip. White head quickly recedes to hug rim. Dusty, earthy caramel aromas. Sweet toasted caramel upfront turning slightly sour in the lasting bread finish.
