Premium Canadian-style Pale Lager
This lager was made using 100% Superior Pils from Canada Malting. Additions of Magnum hops early in the boil, Tettnang and Hersbrucker hops mid boil and more Tettnang and some Irish Moss just before the whirlpool. No adjuncts.

Faint hops aroma, has weak yellow body with no foam. Flavour is soft lager hops and some vague syrup which I can't identify. Mouthfeel is watery. This is bad - a homebrew kit would reveal better results.
