This immensely refreshing cider has a light champagne sparke with fruity apple tones and a long-dry finish. The creative blend of bittersweet and dessert apples impart this classic cider with body and crispness. Serve chilled as instant refreshment or enjoy with a hot bowl of pasta.

Bottle. Clear gold. Effervescent. Small white head. Aroma: tart green apple, slightly wild yeast. Light body. The taste is dry enough. Pretty tart. Lightly sour. Apple skin. A hint of fruity bitterness at finish. Pleasant cider.

Bottle at a work do in Bloomsbury lanes. A clear bright gold coloured pour with a fading fizz. Aroma is medium sweet apple, honeysuckle, simple sugars. Flavour is composed of sugary apple juice, little honey. Simple and easy going. Palate is medium sweet, sugary, moderate carbonation. A but sweet for me.

Intensiv fruchtiger Apfelantrunk, süffig, angenehme aber milde Süße. Spritzig, relativ trocken, was den Apfelnoten nur nützt. Vollmundig, natürlich, intensiv. Sehr gut. 8/10/12/12/10/12

Keg at the Spade Oak, Bourne End. Pale gold with a moderate fizz. Slightly sweet but tangy apple up front, then a touch of spice before a lightly dry, apple peel finish. Not a bad cider, certainly more tasty than many of its compatriots.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 11.08.16. Wonderful aroma and taste of good, dry cider and proper cider apples, with a hint pears and sulphites. Excellently (and dangerously) quaffable.
