Refrigerated 0.5 L clear bottle poured into a glass. Bright clear golden, medium body, and medium/well carbonated. Taste is slightly tart slightly dry apples.

Bottle. Clear gold. Effervescent. Small white head. Aroma: tart green apple, slightly wild yeast. Light body. The taste is dry enough. Pretty tart. Lightly sour. Apple skin. A hint of fruity bitterness at finish. Pleasant cider.

Bottle at a work do in Bloomsbury lanes. A clear bright gold coloured pour with a fading fizz. Aroma is medium sweet apple, honeysuckle, simple sugars. Flavour is composed of sugary apple juice, little honey. Simple and easy going. Palate is medium sweet, sugary, moderate carbonation. A but sweet for me.

Intensiv fruchtiger Apfelantrunk, süffig, angenehme aber milde Süße. Spritzig, relativ trocken,was den Apfelnoten nur nützt. Vollmundig, natürlich, intensiv. Sehr gut. 8/10/12/12/10/12

Keg at the Spade Oak, Bourne End. Pale gold with a moderate fizz. Slightly sweet but tangy apple up front, then a touch of spice before a lightly dry, apple peel finish. Not a bad cider, certainly more tasty than many of its compatriots.

500ml bottle. Clear golden orange colour. Aroma of ripe apple, leafy, summery. Taste of ripe apples, fresh, bittersweet. Finish is long and dry. Very nice and refreshing

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is slightly tart with notes of green and red apples. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long dry, tart and apple finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 11.08.16. Wonderful aroma and taste of good, dry cider and proper cider apples, with a hint pears and sulphites. Excellently (and dangerously) quaffable.
