The aroma is vague tinny malt, has a nearly translucent copper body and almost no foam. Flavour is cloying sugar. Where is the cherry? Where is anything? What are we even doing here? Who is anyone? There's also this harsh tinny aftertaste to remind you of those questions. This is bad all around, nothing about this is even close to a cherry saison.

On tap at Copper, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle tart cherries, rustic saison yeast, and a bit of esters. Flavour reveals gentle estery notes, gentle cherries, and a hint of tartness. Decent incorporation of the cherries. Not too estery but not exactly authentic. Meh.
