This beautiful sparkling Rose, made with the Fameuse Apples from the almost Century Old Fameuse Apple tree that stands as our label, is blended with 30% Santa Rosa Plum. Aromas of Apple Blossom, Strawberry, Raspberry and a touch of caramel are well balanced on the palate with creamy bubbles that roll across the finish.

2019 edition, 750ml bottle, 12.5% abv. Twist top. Pours deep pink with strong foam though it doesn't linger. I smell tart sweet plum, dried apple, hints of raspberry. Flavour is intense sweet plum, sugary apple. Finish is slightly boozy, some eau de vie style notes intertwined there. Otherwise still very good, a little heavy, but well crafted.

Bottle sampled at Rustic Roots, pours a clear peachy pink. Aroma brings out sweet nectarines and apples in good balance. Flavour is medium sweet, with nectarine skins and apple core. Pretty aggressive carbonation that brings out the complexity well. Very nice.
