Draught at the brewery
Clean blond colour. It's off-dry, with pleasant apple juice flavout; not the most complex cider, but the sweetness makes it pleasant, and better than most dry wanna be ciders made in BC.

On tap at Fraser Mills, pours a clear dull blonde, almost no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins with a touch of residual sugar. Flavour is medium sweet, with crisp apple skins, a little brown sugar, and toffee. Crisp enough — nice medium-dry cider. Nothing special but decent.

Good foam on a clear light yellow body, proper carbonation of small bubbles and lively. The smell is vinous apples, soft twig, neutral dry notes. Flavour is soft apple, straight ahead and not too sweet, hints of tannins and some sweetness. Mouthfeel is full with good carbonation. Not a bad cider, kind of a daily drinker and straight ahead.
