Apple base with peach and apricot cider is summer in a glass. This fun play on a fruit forward cider with sweet peach flavours and tart, floral and spicy apricot finish.

Really nice foam on a medium gold body with small carbonation bubbles. Sweet peach and apricot on the nose but also tempered by noticeable alcohol levels and no complexity. Flavour is tart peach and acidic apricot. Alcohol is well hidden and has a nice mouth puckering finish. Good acidity, nice balance. Though the apple really doesn't represent itself in any meaningful way.
