750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a quickly-dissipating medium pink head. Aroma is complex and elegant, with a wonderful grape must character, red wine, barnyard funk, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is beautiful, with bone dry apple skins, lots of red wine character, and a wonderful funky character. Wonderful hybrid between wine and cider. I love this.

Pours with feisty carbonation and strong but fast disappearing pink foam on a deep ruby red body that's rather cloudy. Aroma is a lot of red grape skin and soft woody cider. Flavour is cider forward with mellow dried grape skin notes. Full mouthfeel, good carbonation. Very well balanced, nice spontaneous carbonation.
