Chenpi, a sun-dried tangerine peel traditionally used in Chinese cooking augments the hops of this contemporary Pale Ale. Columbus and Magnum anchor the style, but the pungent bitterness of the dried tangerine peels adds a unique dimension.

Muddy citrus aroma, has weak cloudy orange body with tiny foam. Flavour is mediocre malt with a hint of tangerine. Mouthfeel is wet with a bit of oil. It's a pretty boring attempt at whatever they were aiming at.
