The perfect beer to brewed in a snow storm, and drunk while dreaming of your summer vacation sitting on a beach. Soured in our fermenter, we added a tonne of peach, mango and pineapple during the fermentation process making this beer tropical, juicy and tart.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy gold with small white head. Yogurt, lacto, citrusy tartness.

473mL can, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite yogurty, with plenty of lacto and a hint of tart citrus. Flavour is gently tart, with tart citrus, plenty of lacto, and a touch of pithy fruitiness. Nothing complex here but it's pleasant enough.

Cloudy gild with a small white head. Light soured mango. Soured mango with a decent finish.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6.5

The aroma is soft funky fruit but watery, has nice milky deep yellow body but no foam. Flavour is tart sourness with heavy acidity, the citrus is strong with pineapple and lemon notes. Mouthfeel has good carbonation but is otherwise thin. It's not bad, has good elements, could be better.
