The original pilsner is a beautiful thing, crisp, refreshing with faint notes of toffee and an unassumingly strong hop presence. Floor malted Bohemian pilsner and saaz hops define this classic beer. We spent 10 weeks lagering and refining this beer to be easily enjoyed with goulash and friends. Na Zdravil!

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt, nice biting grassy hops, and a dry biscuity character. Flavour is clean, refreshing and biting, with a very spicy grassy hop character - those hops come through nicely - with a spritzy, crisp crackery malt base. Spicy and grassy finish that is very dry. Really good example of the style.

Good pilsner hops on the nose, has soft yellow body with little foam. Flavour is good sharp pilsner hops with a crisp and dry mouthfeel. A decent pilsner.
