A berliner weisse without any noticeable fruit. Lightly tart nose and palate.

Nice citrusy grain aroma, has good foam that's gone too fast and a medium cloudy yellow body. Flavour is good sour citrus character, properly executed. Mouthfeel is smooth and crisp. This is a straight ahead berliner weisse but hits all of its notes well.
