HallLab Brett IPA is the second collaboration beer made with our neighbours to the south, Redhook Brewery. Our first collaboration with Redhook Brewery Brewlab dubbed, LabHall took home GOLD at the 2019 WASHINGTON BEER AWARDS as Best Collaboration beer!
This revamped version uses a mix of brett and sacc yeast strains, along with Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops to create a balanced IPA, loaded with tropical fruit, pineapple, and blueberry aromas.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
The aroma is bright sweet orange, has muddy yellow body with little foam. Flavour is good orange juice and pine. Mouthfeel is crisp, oily in the right places. As Bubbles would say, this is Decent.
