Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy golden. Graininess, yeast, fruity note, slightly sweetish, bitter finish, some minerals.

The aroma is yeast, lots of yeast. Has good foam and soft yellow body below it. Flavour is more yeast and strong grain with a crisp mouthfeel. This is really nothing but yeast, someone at this brewery needs to look up what a pilsner really tastes like.

330 ml bottle at Marina Hotel, Ayia Napa. ABV is 5%, 30 IBU. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Decent malts and herbal and slightly spicy hops in both aroma and flavour, a very nice craft pilsener.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Grassy. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.
