Our first taste of this hop forward beer was with southern BBQ and it is a winning combination we still crave and indulge in. Although not the common pairing, we equate a strong IPA with smoked meats and the sweet smell of the wood smoke in the air. It is something we sought after time and time again in South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. Our IPA celebrates this combo. It’s a gold beer with a medium body of intense citrus and floral flavor, ended with a bitter finish. Being one of our dry hopped beers; there is
an extra dose of hop aroma in every sip balanced by a subtle malt character. This beer is dedicated to die-hard beer enthusiast and hophead "Hakan Colakoglu".
