On tap. Smooth and fruity. Easy to drink, a bit tart. Very juicy, un-winey. The aftertaste is smooth, watery-juicy, slightly tart. --> could be much more intense! 10/12/9/10

Tap @ Frank Bar, Shrewsbury, finishing off my girlfriend’s half-pint because she’s an utter lightweight. Slick, smooth and sweet but still not a bad cider.

500ml bottle. Clear very pale yellow colour, fizzy foam white head that diminishes and aroma of tart apple. Taste is crisp apple, abit sourish. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

0.5l lovely looking long neck bottle. In the glass it's crystal clear and almost glowing yellow golden. The little white translucent head that came with the pour is quickly gone. I really like this aroma. It's both tart and definitely apply sweet! A bit wine-ish also actually. In the taste I get fresh green fall down apples - the kind I stole when I was a bit younger. Really balanced, not to sweet at all, but it still has a strong apple-sweetness. It's, as most ciders really light on the mouthfeel and it feels a bit thin. Nice flavors though, and it's one of those that's easy to enjoy in small doses. Could perhaps even replace my weekend breakfast apple juice this! 18.04.2013

Tap at the Bailiwick, Englefield Green, 06/05/13. Clear pale yellow with no head. Nose is apples, straw, touch of sugar. Taste comprises crisp apples, sweetish but not OTT. Medium bodied with light spritz in the carbonation, pitched well. Ok I suppose and better than the organic and grand cru versions I’ve had on the same weekend.
