Pure. Apple. Cider. Zero sweetness. Dry... really dry. If you like even a little sweetness, this ain't your bad. Its puckerly dry. Pairs wonderfully with.... everything. Would not recommend ice cream... that doesn't work. So why make such a dry cider? Because you're sweet enough already. Enjoy!

330mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out crisp apple skins and some green apple juice. Flavour is drier than the nose suggests, with a gentle champagne-like effervescence, crisp apple skins, and a bit of cheap apple juice character on the finish. Quite crisp and dry, though there is a touch of residual sweetness. Not overly complex but it's pleasant and drinkable.

Clear white body, good foam, nice heavy carbonation in small bubbles. Very soft dry apple on the nose, skins present. Flavour is indeed dry apple, crisp carbonation, sweetness is not there. Light on the tongue. A nice cider, though one dimensional on the flavour.
