They say calm seas make poor sailors. So goes opening a cidery... more days than planned removing more obstacles than expected, exclaiming "wait what?" all the way. Eventually, the clouds part and the sun shines through, and the sailor smiles. A clean crisp off-dry cider to make you smile too. Enjoy!

330mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out toffee, brown sugar, crisp apple skins, and a touch of apple juice—that's quite nice. Flavour is surprisingly nice, with a fairly dry toffee apple character, a little brown sugar, and just enough crispness to reign in the sweetness. Much prefer this to the Bon-Dri. It's still not the most complex cider, but it's well-made.

Nice clear white body and a little foam, sweet apples with floral hints on the nose. Flavour is good green apples, soft sweetness, slight vegetable notes. Not too complex but satisfying to drink.
